Welcome to your home away from home. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, neighbors, and homeowners, we kindly ask that you review and follow the rules below:

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM (unless otherwise specified)
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. We generally know if we can accommodate an early check in 24 hours before your arrival.

🧘 Quiet Hours

• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• This helps us maintain good relationships with our neighbors and provides a restful stay for all.

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if applicable.

🐾 No Pets

• Unless specifically authorized in writing prior to your stay, pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

🎉 No Parties or Events

• Our properties are intended for quiet, respectful stays.
• Hosting parties or events is not permitted and will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

🧼 Cleanliness & Care

• Please treat the home as you would your own.
• Take care of furniture, appliances, and linens. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional charges.

🧍 Maximum Occupancy

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Security Deposit Disclosure

To help ensure the protection of the property, a $1,000 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method 7 days before check-in.

This is a hold, not a charge, and no funds will be withdrawn unless damages or violations occur. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after checkout, assuming no issues are reported.
