We are in close contact with our neighbors are want to go out of our way to respect their space. If you violate the noise ordinance in the neighborhood, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement

The space
Home has direct access to the waterfront for a great experience! We have the following beds:
2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 7 twin beds (1 in the main house and 6 in the bunk room).
Additional notes
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ENTIRELY:

Parking is very limited at the property, and our neighbors are very protective of their space. They will call us immediately if someone parks on their property. There is ONLY space in the driveway for parking, which can typically fit 3-4 vehicles. Regrettably, our neighbors do not allow us to park on the street across from the house, so please refrain from parking there or blocking any driveways. To minimize the number of vehicles at the house, please carpool when possible.

We also ask for your consideration regarding noise levels.
