House Rules
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours of 10pm – 8am)
Please remove shoes when inside
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Pets are now allowed on the property
To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement
Friendly reminder that all parking spaces in the lot except 205 are off limits to guests.
Regrettably, the condo HOA does not allow guests to use any of the shared common spaces (The dog park, grills, outdoor tables, etc)
Please keep the front door closed (there are a lot of bugs in central Texas), and try to only open windows when the thermostat is off.
