House Rules

Although we are minutes walking distance to everything - we prefer you keep the party out there :) You are more than welcome to quietly enjoy the back patio, corn hole and string lights late at night (and even a toasty fire in the fire pit if it's cold) however, noise must be kept to a minimum. Not more than 4 guests without prior approval. Past positive Airbnb reviews are required or Reservation will be cancelled. Cheers!

The space
Home is available for month-to-month or 3, 6, or 12 month executive rental.
You will LOVE this house! It's a charming, recently renovated 1930's bungalow with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a HUGE chef's kitchen with a butcher block island and large dining area. Relax on the front porch with morning coffee, or on the side patio under the Oaks with an evening fire and wine. You will also love the back yard and hammock, where you can listen to the peacocks crow and live music that sometimes wafts over from South 1st street.

Walk to restaurants, food trailers and unlimited eclectic boutiques on South 1st and South Congress Ave. 2 minutes to Lady Bird Lake and the hike and bike trail. 3 min to downtown Austin. 5 min to Zilker Park. 5 min to the greenbelt and Barton Springs. There could not be more central location to take in all that Austin has to offer.

The home was recently renovated and with custom cabinetry, teak flooring and restoration hardware finishes. Gated parking for 2-3 in the driveway and unlimited free parking on the street. Bus stop directly in front of house. The home is fully furnished and will sleep 4 comfortably (note I only allow 2 unrelated people in the home, it’s best suited for 2 couples or 2 singles).

There is a bus stop in front of the house heading downtown every 30 minutes (otherwise it is a 10 minute walk to downtown or quick *uber* ride).
