The bedroom features a mix of original materials, while the unique bathroom features all new fixtures and floor coverings. The bathroom has a spacious stand-up shower, toilet and single sink with mirror above with a full length mirror on the door. I provide bath and face towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer.
The queen-sized bed has a nightstand, task light, and outlets on either side of the bed. Included is a full size closet with room for hanging and shelf for storage.

The room features 70-year-old Oak floors, all of which is original to this 1940’s era property. The east-facing windows get beautiful morning light, which can be softened with the blinds.
You will come and go through the the wrap around porch. The property is situated in a ‘U’ shape around a courtyard with a mature tree in the center. Great street/people-watching views from the right angle..
Guest accessThe apartment is accessed from the well-lit covered porch. There is ample free parking on the street.
Additional notesThe property observes quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, concerns, or other thoughts!
Guest interactionI’m happy to be as interactive as you like. I live and work in San Antonio. You can come and go as you please, there is a combination lock on the door and you will not need to exchange keys. Most guests get along just fine, but should you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out. That’s what I’m here for.
Neighborhood overviewMy neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in town. It's close to downtown but still quiet and easy to get around. Surrounding the home you'll find cool historic mansions, food trucks, an independent general store, nightlife, bars, and tons of sweet hidden restaurants. Seriously, I've lived lots of places in San Antonio and this area is the best.
Getting aroundParking is abundant on the street. If you don't have a car, Uber or Lyft is the best way to get around. Typically takes me less than 5 minutes to get a car. There is also a really sweet bus that travels to all the hotspots in town, that is fun. They provide details on the surrounding area and is super inexpensive.
