The room features 70-year-old Oak floors, all of which is original to this 1940’s era property.

The property is situated in a ‘U’ shape around a courtyard with a mature tree in the center. Great street/people-watching views from the right angle..

Close enough to Downtown to be cool by association, San Antonio's historic character sets it apart from its neighbor's highly trafficked path. Worn-in hole-in-the-wall bars, food truck parks, parks, casual dives, and mural adorned bodegas lend my neighborhood a classical, artistic edge. Set just minutes from downtown, it becomes clear why many venture out to this neighborhood. Seriously, I've lived lots of places in San Antonio and this area is the best.
Getting around
→ Parking is abundant on the street
→ There is also a fun, inexpensive bus that travels to all the hotspots in town. They provide details on the surrounding area.
