The space

Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay. You’ll enter through a private front door (no shared entrance) and have the place all to yourself. Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking, the in-unit laundry for longer stays, and the private patio out back. The condo is part of a small community, so you’ll also have access to shared amenities like the community swimming pool when it’s open. Parking is hassle-free: one reserved parking spot is included right in front of the unit, and there’s plenty of guest parking available if you have an extra vehicle or visitors. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi and central AC/heat to make your stay comfortable. Essentially, everything in the condo – from the closet space to the kitchen utensils – is available for you to use. Make yourself at home!

We welcome mid-term renters and have designed this home to be ideal for extended stays. Whether you’re a traveling nurse, medical professional, or a business traveler on a longer assignment, you’ll find the condo equipped for longer-term comfort. We provide all the basics you’ll need to live comfortably for a month or more: a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, laundry facilities, and fast Wi-Fi for work. Being centrally located means you can reach Austin’s major hospitals and business centers with ease (for example, it’s a short drive to Downtown’s medical district and about 15 minutes to several other hospitals in the area).

House Rules / Reminders: To ensure a great stay for everyone, we do not allow pets, parties, or smoking anywhere on the property. This helps us keep the space allergen-free and neighbor-friendly. We also ask that you please remove your shoes indoors to keep the home clean and in good condition. The Texas climate can attract some pests, so please avoid leaving food out on counters or uncovered, which will help prevent bugs from appearing. Quiet hours are expected in the neighborhood during nighttime, so please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM. Lastly, while the fireplace is decorative (not operational for fires), it adds a nice touch to the living room – please do not attempt to use it for burning wood or logs. If you have any questions about the space or the rules, just let us know!

Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours of 10pm – 8am

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement
